1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2Eligibility to Use the Service

Use of the Mango House website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you shall not register as a User and shall not transact on or use the website.

3Products and Services Description

• Fresh Produce: Mango House specializes in the direct-to-consumer sale of fresh mangoes.
• Natural Variations: As our products are natural agricultural produce, variations in size, color, weight, and sweetness are inherent. Images on the website are for representational purposes only.
• Quality Disclaimer: We strive to deliver the highest quality fruit. However, since mangoes are perishable, minor surface blemishes that do not affect the internal quality of the fruit shall not be considered a defect.

4Pricing and Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via:
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Orders are confirmed only upon successful verification of the transaction.
• Cash on Delivery (CoD): Available for select pin codes. You agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of arrival.
• Price Changes: Mango House reserves the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations in agricultural produce.

5Order Processing and Delivery Policy

• Timeline: We aim to deliver orders within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Confirmation: An order is deemed "confirmed" once payment is verified (for UPI) or once the order is placed (for CoD).
• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery once. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in the order being discarded without a refund.

6Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placement. Once the mangoes have been packed or dispatched from the farm, cancellations will not be accepted due to the highly perishable nature of the goods.

7Refund and Return Policy

• Returns: Given the perishable nature of fresh fruit, we do not accept physical returns of mangoes once delivered.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered in cases of:
• Total transit damage (crushed boxes).
• Delivery of the wrong variety of mango.
• Reporting: Issues must be reported with photographic evidence to our customer support within 6 hours of delivery.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or a designated bank account.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mango House expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the taste or shelf-life of the fruit once delivered.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

10User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact number provided are correct.

11Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Mango House and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

12Privacy Reference Clause

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data, to understand our practices.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the Mango House registered office is located.

14Force Majeure Clause

Mango House shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations (including the 48-hour delivery commitment) if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, heatwaves).
• Logistical disruptions or strikes.
• Transportation failures or fuel shortages.
• Natural calamities or government restrictions.

15Amendments to Terms

Mango House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
